Free delivery applies to complete deliveries of standard catalog items (for islands and mountain stations we deliver free mainland/bottom station, excluding special economic zones).

Shipping to Europe and countries

Depending on the item, the delivery time is usually 1 to 14 working days. You can find more information in the delivery times of the respective product. Our delivery is always curbside free. Further shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Depending on the size and weight, we send our items by freight forwarder or parcel service.

There is no direct delivery to an island.
We deliver free of charge to the last mainland train station.
